Testimonials

As parents of AS and ADHD kids, we struggle to find answers for our children in so many aspects of parenting. My son is having diet and nutrition issues, and speaking with Stephani was immediately calming. She not only listened, but more importantly, understood my issues both as a professional and as a special needs parent herself. Her suggestions encompassed not only diet-related ideas, but included behavior modification techniques, structure and reward-systems which have proved succesful with our children. When she disagrees, she explains her rationale in a factual way and is persuasive without being patronizing. She is knowledgeable, organized, prompt, and keeps the appointment focus on track. I would recommend consulting with Stephani re nutrition and diet.

I have been blown away with Stephani’s thorough & holistic approach to her coaching. My daughter, Tomieka (15) has struggled socially. She has found school work stressful & has angry outbursts 2-3x daily. Before starting this program I was coming up against brick walls with the school & health professionals. They gave me very little ‘help’ practically. It was a Godsend when I met Stephani. From the very first session it has been professional, intensive & supportive. I really felt that she understood what we were going through & that she was positive that we will gain results. I loved all the ‘hands on’ exercises. She covers every aspect & this has had an effect on the whole family. Now I have hope & confidence in finding coping skills for Tomieka (& the rest of us;-). We are already seeing improvements in Tomieka’s behaviour. This has brought so much relief & peace. I highly recommend Stephani’s expert guidance.

We are so thankful for Stephani’s help in changing our diets and teaching us the benefits of eating whole foods. She has done so much research, and we reap the benefits of her education and her encouragement. Dietary changes have brought great improvements for my son, both at home and at school.

When Ryan was born, everyone described him as a “difficult” baby. I was so head over heels in love with my new baby that I never seemed to mind how high strung and sickly he always was. He was diagnosed very early on as having GERD. They placed him on three different medicines, taken at intervals during the day…

I started to have major problems with ADHD and concentration in my early teens that could not be solved by having some coffee. Before that, I would sometimes drink coffee even at a young age, and it really helped me to focus. In class, I was never a disruption, but I would daydream and was CONSTANTLY losing personal items and just couldn’t quite get organized. Kid stuff, really. But to the extreme…
